Point of Sales System

Try to imagine the rush hour at your restaurant, you are busy taking orders for your customers and don't have time to take care of first-time customers at your restaurant. on the other side, customers have to wait a long time to order food and get their food.

With this issue, we came up with the solution of QR code and self-ordering systems. This will help to reduce the waiting time and improve the customer experience.

Kitchen Display and Kitchen Equipment

Traditionally, in a restaurant, waiters or waitress use a pen and a paper to write down what the customers need and past the paper to the kitchen. When the order is ready, they shout the customer over and collect the food.

With a kitchen display system (KDS), the staff take the orders from customers which then sends the order automatically through to a screen in the kitchen, the merchant can monitor the preparation time for each dish, when the order is ready an electronic board flashes or shows the order ready so the customer can come to collect it. The restaurant may even use a self-service checkout.

Delivery Robot

Traditionally, in restaurants, waiters or waitresses would deliver food to customers after it was ready, however, due to the shortage of labor in the hospitality industry during the COVID, most restaurant do not have enough servers to serve customers.

With this problem, delivery robots will help solve this problem. They can deliver food directly from the kitchen to the customer. No need to worry about restaurant staff shortages.
